La Remise — Restaurant in Forcalquier

It was horrible, the pizzas look like they came out of the freezer. I would decline even calling it one. The waiter was horrendous, forgot the appetizer, not one please or thank you, asked for a digestif they didn't have but fine bring me an Armagnac, brings me Genepi. I tell him it's not Armagnac amd he simply says yeah but we don't have armagnac amd left. Every single chair on the terrace is plastic and has a broken back, is it really that expensive to buy new ones? The only nice thing is that we happened to sit there while goats were led through the village. I think even 1 star...

We arrived here because we were desperate of finding a place to eat. When we entered we honestly didn't know what to expect. But the plates that were put in front of us were an absolute delight. We had the chef salad, the pasta with mushrooms, the ratatouille, the gratin dauphinois and the ile flottante and everything was delicious. And we are both italian and french so very picky on food! DÉPLORABLE ET IRRESPECTUEUX Vendredi 17/08 soir pour essayer ce restaurant (c'est un grand mots) plutôt que la pizzeria "l'Auberge d'Artignosc" nous nous sommes présentés vers 20h45 et il n'y avait plus de place sur la terrasse, on nous a donc installé à l’intérieur. Petit pichet de rosé puis la commande de nos pizzas. Episode 1: ils se trompent dans la commande mais bon passons.... Episode 2: après avoir attendu 30 mn de plus et voir les 2 autres couples servis avant nous alors qu'ils sont arrivés après, on nous apporte enfin ce qu'ils appellent des pizzas (congelées en partie) Episode 3: au moment où nous commençons à manger notre prodigieuse pizza, nous avons entendu des cris et hurlements au niveau de la cuisine grande ouverte sur la salle, c'était le cuisinier (le gérant?) et sa compagne ou serveuse (??) qui se disputaient en se hurlant dessus, en s'insultant... Sans parler des plats jetés violemment sur les tables vides à côté de nous et des clients en salle, à tel point que le couple voisin choqué est parti sans même finir leur repas. Episode 4: au moment de régler, nous faisons part de notre mécontentement de ce "cauchemars en cuisine" et à notre grande surprise, on nous envoi balader en nous disant : « bah ouai c'est comme ça...» Episode 5: pour les futurs clients, nous vous recommandons vivement d'éviter cette restauration rapide très bas de gamme tenue par un jeune couple inexpérimenté et irrespectueux des clients. Ayant mangé la veille au restaurant pizzeria de l'Auberge d' Artignosc qui ce trouve à peine à 5km. Nous avons fortement regretté de ne pas y être retourné ce même soir. ps: Sommes obligés de mettre 1étoile pour pouvoir publier notre avis sinon ça...
