We had the pleasure of dining at Le Feuillée, choosing the 7 course tasting menu with wine pairing, and it was flawless from start to finish. My wife is allergic to tomatoes, and the team went above and beyond to adapt much of the menu, including the amuse-bouches, with impressive skill and creativity. A real challenge, brilliantly executed without compromising on flavor or presentation. Each dish was a journey, perfectly complemented by thoughtfully selected wines. The service was attentive, discreet, and highly professional. We also appreciated Chef Louis Gachet coming out at the end of the service a refined gesture. A well deserved Michelin star in every respect. We’ll definitely be back!

It’s very rare that I leave a Michelin-starred restaurant speechless — but this was one of those rare occasions.

Having dined at two- and three-starred establishments before, I've often found that while the food is consistently excellent, the service can sometimes fall short of expectations. This time, though, everything was flawless.

The service was truly exceptional — from the attentiveness and warmth of the staff to the way they balanced friendly conversation without ever overstepping. Every interaction felt natural and thoughtful. The sommelier’s knowledge added to the experience without being overwhelming, and what really stood out was the subtle attention to detail: noticing when someone wasn’t enjoying a course and proactively bringing out an alternative — no questions asked, just a quiet gesture of hospitality.

The team made accommodations effortlessly, and every moment felt considered. The food, of course, was outstanding — but what made this meal unforgettable was the perfect harmony of service and cuisine. A truly exemplary experience I’ll remember for...

Eventhough it is not the cheapest restaurant around, it is price/quality wise one the best in the South of France, maybe be even Europe. If you want to experience "haute cuisine" for a not so "haute" price, this is one of the places to check out. One advice that I can give: don't go in the summer. It can be so buzy that the service isn't what it should be. The food is top no matter...
