O'Resto — Restaurant in Forcalquier

Hi, as you can see on my other reviews I'm usually making reviews when I'm having a good time, never to complain because I feel it's one experience of one person. To get to the review I'm currently at the O'resto, 7 minutes to only get the attention of the service, not being placed for no reason. We find a table ask if we can take place, we're once again not getting any answer and left to ourselves. 10 minutes to get asked our drink (the food is supposed to be someone else). After another 10 minutes of waiting and waiters avoiding eye-contact someone finally take our order, we give it (without the card because we never had one), ask for bread, the server say it's going to come with the meal and we have to wait, no a good service if you ask me since we waited so long and we're starving. After another 10+ minutes they finally bring us food, without bread. As for the food we asked for tartare, it came with fries which must been frozen ones. No problems in theory except it's not cooked correctly giving it no taste, nor texture. For a summary, awful service, bad food and terrible waiting time. I strongly advise you to go...

Lovely spot we discovered during our Southern France trip. Savior for vegans in the area, where restaurants with plantbased food are rare.

They serve a vegan burger, but had made us a deliciously rich entree plate with fresh and locally produced ingredients. Had a yummy vegan magnum as dessert.

The staff wass really kind knows what vegan means and did their absolute best.

Quinson, haut lieu de la Préhistoire française et mondiale, donne déjà de quoi à voir, aussi bien à travers sont musée exceptionnel, et quel que soit l'âge ou les compétences des visiteurs sur ces sujets. Alors sorti de ce musée, une petite faim vous titille. En passant sur la route qui contourne le village tout proche, vous ne pouvez rater ce restaurant, et vous vous dites... un peu trop en bord de route, même s'il est surélevé par rapport à celle-ci. Et puis vous vous installez, car tous les autres restos du village sont "blindés"... et là immédiatement, une personne vient vous accueillir avec le sourire et une bouteille d'eau fraîche... importante l'eau fraîche, surtout avec un enfant handicapé, qui m'accompagne. Puis vous commandez, et le service ne traîne pas. Petit passage d'une personne pour savoir si "tout se passe bien" ? Oui, tout se passe bien et contrairement à la première impression, la route ne gêne pas du tout, pas de bruit particulier, car Quinson se mérite et que le trafic s'arrête avant, sur les immenses parkings. Un niveau très correcte pour les plats proposés et une note finale, tout à fait acceptable. Merci pour votre professionnalisme ! Et je rajouterai un point essentiel : des toilettes NICKEL ! Une belle image laissée à tous les touristes étrangers qui découvrent ce site...
