O'Burger Braizé — Restaurant in Gex

Went back there after moving to another town and I found the quality of food and the ambiance are getting better. We ordered Milano and Madrid and we were very pleased of our food. The fries are perfect melange of crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. The Milano is a chicken burger with very delicious sauce and soft fluffy buns. The Madrid is for those who love big ‘ol american burger. It is a rich burger with sundried tomatoes, cheddar cheese and chorizo served between two fluffy buns. We also ordered popcorn chicken that also were juicy and flavourful inside with crispy outside. I don’t usually get this perfect combination for my side dish so I am very pleased. There was a slight error on the placement of the dish, my partner got served my dish and i had his. It would be easily avoided by taking more time to confirm if the order is correctly placed. The separation between the kitchen and the dining area is a great touch and is an overall improvement to the ambiance from the last time we were there. Can’t wait to go back...

This restaurant accepted my order at around 19:20hrs 20/01/23. By 22:34hrs the food hadn’t arrived, I’d been invoiced for the food and my generous driver bonus fee deducted without the order being delivered. The restaurant was called a minimum of 6 times over 2hrs by myself and a very helpful French speaker. Both of us waited at the night entrance at the hotel advised for delivery and at no point did any food arrive nor anyone with a delivery of food. This is theft, it’s a disgrace and Uber are as culpable because they refused to accept the order wasn’t fulfilled and requested I place a complaint over the next 48hrs. Pointless customer service and utterly devoid of customer care to ignore the fact the food was ordered via their platform but unable to obtain anything of help from the restaurant who they say they contacted. I have repeatedly reported this to my bank and apple pay. Don’t use Uber or this...
