panda wok Cessy — Restaurant in Gex

Absolutely the worst place I have ever been to. A group of 11 of us went to this restaurant after a day of skiing. After eating the first one or two plates of food the male manager asked the female waitress to ask us not to leave food as we would have to pay for it at €5 per plate!!! We explained to them that they had not made us aware of this and that sometimes children don't finish all of there food. Their response was we should better educate our children to finish all of their food on their plate even if they don't like it!!! To say I was shocked was an understatement, therefore I told the waitress that she was very rude!!! There was a small signunder the counter stating this but only in french. We continued to finish our food and then asked to pay the bill. I asked for the male waiters name and he asked why, I said that I wanted to leave a review and their response was it's not possible, its not their fault its our problem. I was beyond shocked at their response. Between 11 of us we had left 1 plate of uneaten food which included a fatty, vein ridden piece of meat. Upon paying the bill and leaving the waitress behind the till continued to be extremely rude and abusive even to the point of calling one of the party a piece of s%$,t!!! I would highly recommend not visiting this venue. Overall the food was good but the service was by far the worst I have ever experienced from a restaurant and a waitress I am beyond shocked...

We reseved in advance a table for a special event, but when we came on time reserved, the lady told us she does not have a reservation for us. It could be a coincidence, but I witnessed two other people coming and having the same problem - “you are not in reservation list”… extremely disappointing experience :-(. Due to the format of a buffet restaurant, the quality of the dining experience is not as refined as other restaurants but panda wok does this kind of dining well! Children love the free choice of main courses and the desert buffet is extensive with something for everyone.
