Le Centre — Restaurant in Gourdon

Simple looking place. Ordered Salad Rocamadour and as the main course truffle sausage with mashed potatoes. The salad was good. Lettuce with warm Rocamadour on top and some other cold cheese around. Delightful. At first glance I was a little disappointed with the main dish, as it looked like a very simple german dish. But with the first fork I got the full french cuisine experience. The sausage just tasted exquisite and the mashed potatoes were just awesomely prepared with cream, garlic and other spices. Dessert was a cake with warm caramel inside and cold vanilla sauce outside.
