Le Grand Saule — Restaurant in Grasse

The waiters and the administrator were very rude. We came with a little dog on a leash and instead of telling us that they didn’t accept dogs (which is ridiculous for this kind of road stop cafe), they just said they are fully booked. Despite dozens, literally dozens of empty tables. I don’t see how all these tables could be booked for a lunch in a place like this. We eventually stopped in a restaurant in front and one hour later Le Grand Saule still had dozens of empty tables.

Do not recommend. Quite bad food… also plenty of flies flying around while we eat outside. Not a great experience given that the prices are also relatively high espcially given the poor quality.

I ordered a veggie burger and it was really not good, fat, oil and poor quality. My fiance ordered the « cochon » for 22€ euros and for a place that is selling it on advertisement we were very disppointed to receive a small portion of obviously reheater pig leg with thick bone.
