Burger King — Restaurant in Grenoble

We love burgerking but this branch is absolutely makes our appetite lost. We arrive just two customer inside dinning in and all the rest of the table are dirty. We have to ask the counter to have it clean. Many staff in the counter but they take longgggg time to arrange every order. Not organize, even the stuff order taking the drive thru have to go out his place just to help expedite when lots of girls are just waiting for the burgers to be out the kitchen. Plus I notice girls employee there have long hair and only one is wearing hair net. Toilet is dirty and no tissue paper when we arrive. Burger King meant to have one staff assign to check the toilet every now and then even when it's busy. I Hope managers of this branch focus on service time, and cleanliness of the restaurant specially in time of pandemic. And when it is really busy it will help to have a person doing the orders for dine in, one assigned for drinks, one person getting the burgers and and another doing doing the fries, and one person doing the drive thru orders instead of having 5 girls doing any orders walking around the counter, checking what's need to be done, and checking the trays and paper bags lot's of time because they forgot which is already there or not there haha, we also order two bags of burger King and guest what after taking long time preparing our order they still forgot to give it but then when the staff who serve our orders see it on the counter she remembers that it's for us. We see all this because we sit just infront of the counter and watching lol. Hope this review helps the management improve...

Fairborn Burger King on Dayton Yellow Springs RD - My wife and I went through the drive thru Tuesday July 24th at about 1:30. Ordered 2 Whoppers large onion rings for myself. Wife got the chicken sandwich and large fries. We were the only car in line. When we got our food it was all cold and nasty. Asked to speak to a manager. We were told no one was available. Needless to say we won't be back. The new Burger King on Broad Street is just as bad. Must have the same owner.I remember when the tender crisp chicken sandwich came out. MY FAVORITE, around 8 months ago I stopped going to Burger King and today I stopped at one to eat and remembered one of the biggest reason I quit going there. The tender crisp chicken sandwich is smaller and flat whereas when it first came out was a nice big chicken breast which exceeded from the bun and so tasty. I would like to show a picture of it now. Notice how thin and small it is, can barely taste it and it doesn’t taste the same, it taste like a frozen patty child’s size. Very disappointed....

J ai réservé avec un « responsable » le créneau 15h 17h le samedi 23 novembre pour l anniversaire des 5 ans de ma fille. La réservation était pour 9 enfants.

Lors de notre arrivée, nous avons été fortement contrariés car les jeux intérieurs étaient fermés, et cela depuis plus de 4 jours selon la responsable.

Je pense que la moindre des choses aurait été de me contacter pour me prévenir car je vais être honnête j aurai certainement annulé l anniversaire car les enfants n attendaient que ces jeux!

La salle qui recevait les enfants était vraiment très très Sale ( papier par terre/ coca renversé..) J ai eu tellement honte lors de l arrivée des parents!

De plus, le programme était « Votre enfant et ses amis partiront à la conquête du royaume à travers 9 épreuves avec notamment la personnalisation d'une couronne, 
d'un cherche-et-trouve et d'une pinata 
Pour finir sur le couronnement royal 
de votre enfant. »

Ma fille et ses amis cherchent encore la pignata à l heure actuelle!!

Le programme a débuté plus de 20 min en retard! Mis à part des avions en papier et des dessins les enfants n ont rien fait d autre.

J ai payé 81 euros pour cet après midi, sans compter TOUTES les consommations que j ai réglé sur place pour les mamans qui étaient restées avec moi!

J aurai préféré que l on me refuse ma demande d anniversaire plutôt que d être accueilli comme cela.

Je pense honnêtement que le manager avec qui j ai fait la réservation (et qui était absent) N avait rien organisé et prévenu personne.

Pour finir, Je tiens quand même à remercier encore le jeune Guillaume, qui s’est occupé des petits! Qui je pense, a été prévenu au dernier moment de l anniversaire. Il a fait de son mieux avec les moyens dont il disposait! Les enfants...
