Not sure why I am receiving this to comment on rooms etc as I did not stay at the hotel. The service and meal was very good but fine dining of this kind is for very occasional and it is maybe too elite for some people on holiday or staying at the hotel. I would not eat more than one evening. It would be lovely to see the restaurant area more full by perhaps offering a wider range of tapas / sharing plates. Not everyone wants pizza more than one evening so I think the hotel is missing the middle market where groups can meet in an evening.
