The food is delicious, the location is amazing . We could not fault either of these . Our waitress was rude and told us we were “trop tard” to change an order from a glass of wine to a bottle . She pestered us to order quickly and we had to politely ask her to leave as we wished to study the menu . A different waiter then came over who was pleasant and polite but the experience was spoiled for us by that time . Terrible experience on Christmas day, food was great but service so terrible you get a 2. Maybe it was because we were Brits in our ski gear, it certainly seemed like we got a different attention than others around in more ways than one, the manager was circling tables but completely ignored us. My desert arrived before my partner could order (i had the fixed menu) and we even got given the bill before we asked, when we wanted to order drinks and retire to the lounge, insult after insult.
