Le Patachon — Restaurant in Grenoble

My family visited this place twice on our holiday. The waiting staff and view were excellent. They are the only reason to go back to this place. The person on the till was very slow, they seemed grumpy and easily annoyed. The card reader was being slow inside which may have added to this. The queue for food was very long. The queue for the toilets was also very long which is understandable given it was lunch time, however, the toilets were terrible. They need an attendant to keep them clean with the amount of people trying to use them. The food was okay, nothing too exciting. For the money being paid I think they should offer table service for food like they do for the drinks. It would be a better service as less waiting in queues and less interaction with the grumpy cashier. Also the card reader worked...

Quite rude/ snappy service here. No time for niceties. Unfortunately it seems to be the only restaurant at Belle Etoille otherwise we would have eaten elsewhere. €8.50 for a cheese panini is criminal pricing - as is €12 for a pint of beer (granted it was nice and cold). Not as trendy as some of the other places on the L2A slopes but we liked it. You just stop here for a drink and a panini - the food is not exciting but it's not bad.
