Les Gaufrettes — Restaurant in Grenoble

Sadly this was not a good visit. My steak haché was burnt (see photo) and the frites were over-cooked and, as a result, too dry. Ordered a supplement portion of frites which should be €3 accompanying a main meal but was brought a full portion at €6. Clearly many good reviews here, so this was obviously a rare occasion. Not good for me though. The interior was full of flies 🪰too (at least 50 hovering around)- not sure why they don't have something at the entrance to stop them...

Cool, hippy, chique, bohemian.. Nice little place with great selection of waffles, sweet or salty .. Snack size was plenty for us, generous portion.

Price correct, 4 snack size waffles and 4 drinks for 50 euro .. Great..
