Avoid! - go to the restaurant 100m further down.
If I could give this place zero stars, I would. If this place did not have a captive audience, they would already be out of business. I don’t think they have ever heard of customer service.
Waiter was extremely rude and kept us waiting for a long time. Once he approached the table, he refused to take any sort of order until the remaining people from our party had also arrived.
When he finally came to our table again, he would only accept drinks orders, not drinks and food at the same time. The simple drink order took quite a while to come.
Menu had no specific options for kids, and when we expressed that two of our young kids would share an adult portion of pasta, we were very rudely told that this was not allowed and that each person must order a minimum of one “dish”. When the waiter finally came back again to take the food order, we attempted to order a crepe for one of the 6 children; we were very rudely told that crepe was a dessert and therefore did not count as a “dish” for our son (5yrs old), and that he would only be allowed to order the crepe if he first ordered a(n adult) main course. The waiter proceeded to be extremely rude, accusing our group of “blocking” a table, while the “blocking” of the table was mostly down to their own shoddy service and delay in accepting orders.
In the end, we decided to have more respect for ourselves than stay and be spoken to like animals. So, despite our hunger, and already very long wait, we paid for our drinks and visited the very friendly establishment 100m further down the slope.
If you would like to enjoy a pleasant lunch without rudeness and aggression from serving staff, then don’t bother...
Read moreThe worst restaurant ever!!!! First, this restaurant is complete chaos...We waited one hour before being seated with ZERO acknowledgment of the waiting time...not even an apology when she sat us. The manager was totally inefficient and ran back and forth between tables empty handed, wondering what to do next with all these tables that had to be cleaned up. We wanted to order our drinks and our food at the same time to save some time and were denied. We had to order drinks first. talking about drinks... I asked for some extra hot water for my tea and was denied by the server as the barman (the owner of the restaurant) would not give him any. I thought that was ridiculous so went myself to the bar and asked if they could fill my cup with hot water and I was told extremely rudely that he was not going to give me any and that if I wanted more hot water I had to buy another cup of tea. When I tried to reason the owner (since I never ever been denied hot water EVER), I was told abruptly "I have electricity bills to pay, I am not giving you hot water". I am just wondering how they can still be in business... Food was average, the Chef even made a mistake on our order.
I strongly recommend to avoid this restaurant at...
