Had an amazing lunch, the meat just fell off of the bone and the gratin dauphinois had just the right amount of cream. Desert was exquisite and my first try at frozen almond nougat, what a delight. The service was great as well, our server was a Chartreuse afficionado who detailed the history of the liqueur, as well as was kind enough to prepare me a sampling of 3 different kinds.
