This place was recommended by the french couple we bought our house off and it was well recommended. You get a good mix of French and English here and a relaxed friendly atmosphere. It is in a really beautiful location and we look forward to returning when the weather is better to enjoy the outside space overlooking the river. Well run, establishment, in an idyllic setting on the banks of the Creuse. Simple but comprehensive menu, with many dishes aimed at the local UK population - Friday fish and chips is well-received. Efficient, young, friendly staff, serve a large number of tables both inside and in the garden.
