Au Gourmet — Restaurant in Haguenau-Wissembourg

This place is so interesting because of the Michelin star restaurant and hotel combo. Make sure to do both when you pay a visit! We had a pleasant stay, the room was clean and cozy. Our 4 course dinner was just so delicious and service was super friendly! For fine dining, portions are surprisingly generous! Really great value for money for both restaurant and hotel. As we had to leave very early in the morning we couldn't try the breakfast unfortunately. But Chef Ludovic personally brought us some coffee which was so kind and nice of him :) Thumbs up for this lovely place! If you're on the way to Strasbourg, I'd highly recommend staying in this place and of course trying out the tasty dinner! Another great thing is, there's a big parking lot outside the restaurant/hotel which is super convenient and free of charge ;) A must visit while doing a road trip in North East area...

Das ist ein Hotel für kleine Menschen. Das Bett hatte eine Länge von 1.80m und war unbequem hart. Das Kissen ist von der Höhe sehr hoch, unbequem eher wie ein Dekokissen. Die Decke war in Ordnung.

Die Dusche war extrem klein, da passt kaum jemand rein. Die kleinste Dusche, die wir jemals gesehen haben. Draußen am Fenster wurde seit lange nicht geputzt, waren Spinnennetz, da möchte man am besten das Fenster nicht öffnen. In unserem Zimmer waren zwei kleine Wasserflaschen, die eine MHD bis 06/2024 hatten. Wir sind im 04/2025! Heizung für das Zimmer war über die Klimaanlage, das hat aber nicht funktioniert, wir haben dann über das Bad (hat funktioniert) geheizt und etwas Wärme im Zimmer bekommen. Zum Glück war es an diesem Tag nicht so kalt.

Es gab ein Missverständnis beim Einchecken, der Besitzer selbst empfing uns, kassierte das Geld und gab uns ein Zimmer in einer kleineren Kategorie als die, die wir gebucht hatten. Beim Nachfragen haben wir das richtige Zimmer bekommen, es war aber ein wenig komisch.

In der Rezeption ist keiner Person (tagsüber) anwesend, auch wenn sie klingeln kann es sein, dass keiner kommt.

Wir haben uns nicht wohl gefühlt und waren froh als wir nach einem Nacht weg waren.

Positiv war, das es viele Parkplätze direkt...
