Bear Café — Restaurant in L'Haÿ-les-Roses

We were quite hungry after 24 hours of traveling and were very pleased that this establishment was open late! The service was excellent, especially considering that we spoke very little French, everyone we encountered was friendly and we were able to communicate with them as best we could.

The place is not very big inside but they were able to seat our party of 8. It wasn't very loud inside even though there were a few people in there. I believe there was some music playing quietly in the background so it was relaxing. I can't say much for the atmosphere because we weren't in there very long and we didn't sit at the bar or even go on that side of the place. But everyone working there had a friendly disposition.

We ordered cheeseburgers that came with a side of fries and chicken sandwich. Unfortunately, we were too tired to take any photos, but the size of the burger was great! The amount of fries that came with it was good and my husband loved the dipping sauce which seemed to have horseradish!

The surrounding area was a little dark at 2300 but we felt safe being that we were staying across the street.

The best burger what I ever eat. The staff are very kidness and friendly. When we finished at first night the dinner we got two short "shot" drink what is aaaawesome. We have ate here three times. It is a very decent café/bistrot and it is not touristy/scammy at all! Everyone who happens to stay near the area should try this place with their friends. I suggest tourists order food or at least greet them in French(like Bonjour, merci, etc). You will have very nice and enjoyable experiences in this place.
