I visited Chez Alain in 2019 and 2022. Like posterity would have it, everything was veering on perfect. We had each a bottle of champagne and rouge. I ordered the Andouillette 5A and my partner ordered a steak (300g) - both of which were great. As we skipped lunch and starters, we asked Alain if he could offer us a savoury side-dish (which didn't appear on the menu).
