Gongfu nouilles — Restaurant in L'Haÿ-les-Roses

We ordered the Gyudon, which is basically rice with small pieces of beef, soy sauce, and chopped green onions. For me, it was quite dry and needed more sauce to better blend the meat with the rice. What could be improved: the quality of the beef, adding a bit more sauce, and maybe including some vegetables in the mix. It worked for a quick meal, but I don’t think I’d order...

Accueil et service nickel Carte modérée en choix, ce qui est bien. J'ai goûté les nouilles au bœuf, copieux, frais et bon.la dose de piment de base doit suffire. J'ai fait le malin et j'ai demandé +🌶️ j'ai réussi à manger, mais chaud ! La gelée d'herbe est top en dessert pour rafraîchir ! Les prix sont cohérents qualité/quantité

Par contre, bo bun pas formidable. Vermicelle très sec, nécessite 2 petit bol de sauce pour être mangeable... Les Morceau de nems sont bon bons et nombreux. bien aussi pour le bœuf... Très peu de carotte, beaucoup de concombre, quasiment pas de menthe, coriandre, cacahuète ou vermicelle de soja...

Pas le meilleur bo bun de mes souvenir...
