Restaurant Bangkok — Restaurant in L'Haÿ-les-Roses

The decor was lovely, very nice man came to serve our food. Was a little surprised that though the restaurant was empty front and back, (there was only myself and my son in the back the entire time) they put us at the back rather than at the front where we could have seen what was going on. Our food arrived lukewarm and because the waiter spent all his time round the front of the restaurant he didn't come to ask if everything was ok. When he was making his way to the kitchen I called out to him and tried to let him know that my food was not hot. He asked if I wanted it warmed up and I said ok. By this time it was pointless expecting a fresh batch because he would have thought I had let it go cold and not a fault of his. What surprised me the most and what has led to this low score was that he put the whole lot into the microwave, salad and all. If I hear a microwave ping sound in a restaurant I am put off straight away. I didn't eat my food as I was disgusted - my son attempted it but as you can guess it just tasted soggy. I really don‘t like to give bad reviews, but I am honest and write about my subjective experience. We were five people and only one person liked their food. The other four did not like it at all. We found it tasteless and not the least bit spicy which it should be in a Thai Restaurant. For the quality of the meals we found it too expensive. The guy working there was very nice, although he left us waiting quite a while before we could finally order. After we ordered, it took five minutes max until the food arrived. Vietnamienne, et amatrice des saveurs de l asie du sud est, je recommande l'établissement pour au moins 2 plats que je prends SYSTEMATIQUEMENT. Le nem thadeua (salade laotienne au riz croustillant) et les rouleaux de printemps au boeuf. J'ai passé au moins 10 fois cette commande depuis plusieurs mois via deliveroo, et je n ai jamais été déçue. J'ai aussi testé 1 fois les pad thaï au poulet qui sont super bons, mais vraiment, vraiment, vraiment trop copieux...a 16 euros, si vous avez de l appétit, prenez! D un point de vue general, les cuisiniers (thaïlandais) ne sont vraiment pas radins sur la viande, et maîtrisent parfaitement les assaisonnements sud asiatiques. Ce soir pour la première fois, je me suis rendu dans l établissement pour emporter les 2 premiers plats (et oui encore et toujours). Quelle ne fut pas ma surprise... La dame m a accueillie tres sympathiquement, et m a fait visiter l arriere salle. Tout y est très joli et le cadre est apaisant. Mon attente au bar m a permis de constater que la propreté règne, ce qui n'est pas toujours le cas dans le 13ème (malgré les plats delicieux à des prix attractifs)

Je reconnais volontiers que l etablissement pratique des tarifs un peu élevés, mais selon moi, c'est juste quand on voit la quantité et la finesse des recettes.
