Bistrot - AUTOGRILL Isle d'Abeau Sud A43 — Restaurant in La Tour-du-Pin

Disgusting behaviour and rude dining assistants at this so called restaurant. We put our bags on a table nearby and went to have look at the food. Half of the canteen-like metal counters were empty, the soup container was empty. The assistants were non-existent, the few seconds we saw them, they would answer you in an extreme rude tone. My mother and I just got up and left although we are disabled, I have encountered only a few times in my life people that were so unwilling to work. I prefer to spend my money where I am being treated well, I will now have to wait to have my lunch in 2 hrs in Italy. Not a good impression for the known Val d'Isere, in Calais they were far nicer....

Good stop for a highway restaurant. Waiting times around 20-40 minutes. Burger was ok, not out of the ordinary. Service is not particulary good, no english speaking personell, not keen to serve the customers. They are kind of oriented for table service, which means they do not serve beer and drinks if you order to go. Also, if you order at the table you receive sauces, if you take away then no. Service definitely needs improving if they want to compete in the fast...

Très mauvaise expérience dans ce restaurant au milieu de travaux . Personnel gentil mais accueil peu chaleureux. On ne sait pas où aller où attendre des gens passent devant nous etc tellement personne ne sait où attendre. L organisation est un peu à désiré surtout lorsqu on sert le repas de l enfant après que les parents aient pratiquement finis leurs burgers. Pour le coup le steack était froid. Les burgers pourraient être bons mais étaient très fades. Aucun assaisonnement, bien dommage. Le pain me donnai une belle impression. Des chikens wings hors de prix 6 e pour 4 petits ailes de poulets. Tres petits à la limite 6 ailes ok mais là.... 4 petits ailes de poulets!!! Je souligne encore très petits!! On souhaite régler et partir au plus vite mais on nous fais encore patienter pour régler, alors qu il n y avait personnes à installer.
