Restaurant aux Trois Provinces — Restaurant in Langres

Absolutely exceptional food and wine. My friend got the €32 weekly course and I got the morelle mushroom fish dish. Every plate that came our way was exceptional, with every ingredient combining together with the others flawlessly. The local white wine was delightfully dry and paired perfectly with my fish dish. And especially for being a Michelin Star restaurant on top of amazing food, the price was reasonable. I wish I could come back again and again but we discovered this place on our last day in the area....

Il y a 2 mois, nous avons fait une réservation pour un repas d'anniversaire. Celle-ci a été confirmée. Comme convenu, nous avons rappeller le restaurant afin qu'il puisse nous envoyer une proposition de menu. Lorsque nous rappelons, surprise.... Le restaurant ne nous veut plus. Celui-ci prétend avoir essayé de nous appeler durant 2 mois pour nous en informer. Toutefois, aucun appel n'a été reçu. Quand bien même, le restaurant nous dit que de toute façon il n'a plus de traiteur donc ne peut rien servir.. Nous le confrontant en disant mais vous cuisiner dans vos cuisines. Malheureusement, nous n'avons pas eu de réponse concrète car celui-ci "brisait" sans rien amené de precis. C'est une honte ! 10 jours avant la date butoir, il est difficile de retrouver un restaurant pour accueillir une grande table.

Un restaurant qui n'est absolument pas respectueux ni fiable.
