I really like the type of "sarrasin Paste" (buckwheat) they use on the there galette, unlike most other crêperie, the receipt they use is closer to the old traditional way IMHO, with a galette structure very different from the "froment"'s one. Presentation of the galette is nice even on the simple "complète" with a simple but very nice touche of colore, overall there is a welcome attention to detail in the presentation of every dishes that makes them stands out. While a lot of "crêperie" now days try do do that, I think they succeed while not over inflating the price. Service or rather management did not seems understandable to me: they rather have you wait at the bar across the street that propose you to have a drink at there place while they switch from there brunch service up to 1130 to there lunch service 1200.
