Overall the experience was fine, and I think still worth the price of 35,95€ each since drinks (branded like coca cola and alcohol such as heineken) are included in the price. Food itself was tasty, although not a huge amount of choice in our opinion.

Make sure you reserve in advance. Some days of the week the buffet wasn’t open when advertised.

However, the service was slow - we had a 6.45pm booking (opening time) and weren’t seated until 6.55pm. The check-in experience was chaotic and not super friendly. They initially wanted us to sit on a table in a not very nice area of the restaurant (directly in the entrance walkway) and it was a hassle to be moved, at a buffet usually you can choose your own table, I’m not sure why this isn’t possible here really.

I’m not really sure why soft drinks can’t be served by yourself either? I understand alcohol for age checking purposes, but the soft drinks and water also had to be asked to be served, but this caused a huge queue with only one member of staff behind the bar. The coffee and tea you can help yourself to, so it didn’t make too much sense.

The staff member behind the meat counter looked like they’d much rather be anywhere else. Understandable that work isn’t always fun, but a smile wouldn’t hurt the atmosphere.

Overall, if we ever returned to the park, maybe we would try again. But the general management and working of the buffet could be looked at to improve the efficiency for customers. Being asked to leave a review before even sat down is also a unique experience and felt a bit forceful. But here’s the...

Poor ‘buffet’ restaurant with very limited choice, rude staff and low quality food at a high price.

Upon arrival the staff barely spoke English, which is strange for a holiday park. We waited at our table for quite a while and didn’t get asked if we wanted a drink, so my girlfriend decided to ask one of the members of staff. After my girlfriend asked her, they walked back to our table and I noticed the staff member was making mimicking gestures behind my girlfriend’s back to the other members of staff, mocking my girlfriend for ‘being impatient’. Rude and unprofessional to say the least.

The choice in food was very limited and the quality was poor. There was a small salad bar, which was okay. Further, there were some overcooked green beans, some of the driest looking cutlets I’ve ever seen, and some decent burgers with chips. That was pretty much the entire ‘buffet’.

For dessert there were some pastries and waffles. The waffles were tasteless and the pastries were most closely resembled by hardened cardboard. Didn’t eat more than 2 bites.

We paid 70 euro, left unsatisfied and felt we were more of a burden to the staff than...

Nous avons réservé pour 21h Quelle erreur déjà l'accueil pas top on ressentais à peine arrivé que le personnel étais pressé d'en finir bref on voulait nous installer dans un coin loin du cadre du restaurant...alors que nous y allions pour le cadre donc la belle terrasse illuminée on a demandé à y être installer elle nous répond qu'il n'y a pas de places lol je lui répond vous plaisantez c'est vide on a pas compris mais elle s'est sentie bête et nous y a installer.. ensuite on se lève pour le buffet et la le choc tout étais vide en sachant qu'il propose quelques crudités 3 sortes de plats (fricadelle cabillaud qui est impossible à couper😱 et carbonnade brûlée) les accompagnements purée carotte à l'eau et courgette tout étais atrocement trop cuit seule les frites étais mangeable pour les enfants nuggets en béton 😅 et ne pensais pas vous rattraper sur le fromage ou le dessert c'est le néant et le pompon boisson à volonté on a pu boire deux verres ensuite on nous dit quil reste que du vin 🤔 le personel nous faisait bien comprendre de vite dégager !!! Je me suis permise poliment de demandé au personnel si c'était le fait qu'il étais 21h( dans ce cas pourquoi continuer les réservations jusqu'à cette heure)et qu'ils s'embêter plus elle n'a pas su me répondre elle était gêner et m'a répondu je comprends n'hésitez pas à laisser un avis !!! Je ne vais pas me gêner non ca c'est sur...de plus vous payer avant de manger je comprend maintenant pourquoi ,Bref je ne vous recommande pas ce self!!!!!!! payer 85euros pour 2 adultes et 1 enfant et ne rien mangé...
