Auberge De La Couronne Hotel Restaurant — Restaurant in Largentière

Arrived here at the the first of august with a group of 4 man. While dogs arent allowed in the rooms we were able to get a room that has acces to the garden and were allowed to take the dog with us. Our group was split in two, so me and another person got a different room.

On arrival we were greeted by the owner who was nice and offered us a drink. The bar itself has a wide arrangement of drinks.

The hotel room itself is small but looked clean, the bathroom we had was small but contained a toilet, shower cabin and sink. In the room we had a TV and (luckily!) an airconditioner.

The room that the dog was allowed in turned out to be for disabled persons, with more space around the bed and a bigger bathroom suited for the disabled. A very nice feature to have such a room.

The hotel also contains a restaurant at which our group enjoyed a dinner. The food is typical local food and very tasty.

They also offer breakfest with a wide range of choices.

I recommend this hotel for those seeking a less then formal place to stay over but which does offer all the accomodations a regular...

Clean and tidy room with A/C and a functional bathroom and comfortable bed. Super enthusiastic owner who shows you up to room and explains facilities. We were on half board which was good value but probably the chef is cooking beyond their ability and should concentrate on basics rather than too much ambition. Easy parking. Restful night. Quite a busy road so perhaps a car park facing room may suit a...

Une petite auberge sympathique. Top pour passer une nuit. Petite chambre mais lit de bonne qualité et large. Douche et WC propres. Magnifique vue sur la Basilique. Nous avons aimé dormir, les volets ouverts, avec la statue de la Vierge Marie illuminée (splendide) a quelques mètres.

Accueil sympathique et convivial. Mais lors de notre départ, nous avons trouvé le propriétaire beaucoup plus froid et sec dans sa façon de parler. Bon. Ça peut arriver d'être de mauvaise humeur 😅

Nous n'avons pas apprécié le repas du soir. Plats savoureux mais trop de légumes au goût de Monsieur. Le choix d'un autre plat en dehors du menu est normalement possible pour 3 € de plus SAUF pour les clients bénéficiant d'un coffret Wonderbox (eux, doivent payer le prix du plat normal). Incompréhensible ! La toute petite salle ne nous a pas emballé.
