This was a great find. A nice restaurant tucked away in the woods away from the crowded towns. It is surrounded by trees with a view on a small lake. The waitresses and waiters are very professional and crisp in their movements. They all speak at least two languages. Ours spoke French, english, and Japanese, a strange combination. She was very nice, clear and helpful with explanations. And she had a sense of humour. The meal was excellent, the salad au châtaigne and then Tartar de boeuf and my wife had the pork tenderloin. Very flavorful and just soooo nice. I was going to have the Tartar cooked up but she said she would lose her job if she asked the chef to do that. The deserts seem to be frozen despite the high price. Overall very...

Staff are very friendly and welcoming. The menu is clear, but also somewhat limited. Surely when you eat with children, and you don't want them to just eat pizza.
The portions are clearly measures, but they make this up by serving delicious food, and you should definitely finish this off with one of the superb desserts!
During your stay (at campingplatz) it's certainly possible to eat there once, but several times will be a significant attack on the holiday...
