Logis hôtel les cevennes — Restaurant in Largentière

We stayed here for one night with our dog. We had a lovely warm welcome and were shown to our very clean, a bit small, room. The bathroom was excellent. Dinner was really good-4 course for only 23Euros. It was not "nouvelle cuisine" (thankfully) but good, well cooked fare. Service was top quality. The dining room is cool and the tables are far enough apart for privacy. One tip though-some light background music-classical? would be good as everyone was whispering to start with. Also at breakfast this would be good. The hotel is situated on a quiet road so sleep quality was good. The locals were friendly and there is a nice little terrace near the river to sip your wine.||I have no hesitation in recommending the hotel and if we revisit the area, I will book again. Stayed in this lovely hotel on a road trip throughout France.
