My husband and I found this gem of a place while walking around looking for a place for our anniversary dinner. We lucked out big time by wandering into this beautiful restaurant. This was the best meal I have had…in my life. When Chef Stefane saw we didn’t speak French he came over and helped explain the menu to us in English. He was warm and welcoming. Every dish (6 in all) was like a work of art. Beautiful to look at, perfectly portioned, delicious. The flavors so good that my husband and I would close our eyes at times to truly appreciate it. This was the restaurant we had hoped to find in Martinique and we finally found it! The food was outstanding. Perfectly balanced textures and tastes. With a tasting menu we really felt we got to taste the best of everything. The cook and waitresses were so accommodating (also that we only spoke English) and provided a fantastic dining experience. Just Wow! A very different and wonderful restaurant experience. The menu is either a 6 or 7 course meal, 6 is a choice of 2 mains, the 7 courses gives you both main courses. All of the food was delicious and presented like works of art. Service is impeccable and fun. Magical kind of evening at an extremely reasonable price....
