Thierry is a master bartender, a gentleman, and a true ambassador for Martinique. Our hotel arranged a reservation after the restaurant opened specially for Christmas dinner. We had the special Christmas prefix and it was the best dinner we had on Martinique and a Christmas dinner my wife and I will never forget. Additionally, after trying cocktails at several locations during our vacation I can safely say Thierry makes the best Rhum Punch in all of Martinique and it's not even close! Allez y ! Ce restaurant sert une cuisine locale et savoureuse. On est extrêmement bien accueilli et le chef prépare ses plats avec soin et envie de nous satisfaire. C'est aussi pour cela que nous attendons un peu (trop) longtemps nos plats. Mais la salle est bien décorée et l'ambiance y est très agréable. Nous y avons très bien déjeuné. Le blaff de poisson était délicieux, tout comme les crevettes...
