Dirty Old Pub — Restaurant in Le Vigan

We arrived and nobody on reception! We waited ages then eventually some people came in and tried to book us in, there seemed to be some issue with there being 3 of us and booking a quadruple room which is didn't understand why? Then eventually went to our room only to find it was not made up and previous guests had been smoking in the room! It was also full of flies! The rooms are kind of like prison cells, no character at all, only 1 power socket in the room! We went back to reception and we're given another room which was ok but also full of flies! We spent 30 minutes killing all text flies and then shut the windows so no more could come in. We then thought we'd try the restaurant but got bored of waiting to be served! There were only about 6 people there should not sure what the delay was? There was a young lad running round laying tables while the others just sat and smoked! And if you like smoking you'll love this hotel as all the guests and staff seem to smoke, so if you do get served some food eventually you'll have to endure all the smokers blowing smoke over your cuisine! I wouldn't stay here for free, actually I wouldn't stay here if you paid me! The staff are hopeless and it's a disgrace of a hotel! I couldn't wait to leave...

L'accueil de Maria et sa culture de la région , l hôtel est très bien situé et le cadre plus que reposant ! La piscine très bien entretenue , le petit parc tout mignon avec accès à la rivière pour des heures de baignade en perspective ;) seul point négatif, je n ai pas retrouvé la chaleur de nos hôtes dans les chambres qui manquaient de personnalités bien que très propres et très bien entretenue ! Nous y retournerons certainement avec beaucoup de plaisir , la table de Cluny est très bien aussi le cuisinier et son épouse très sympa également , je vous recommande chaudement la salade gésier pelardon qui ravira...
