Le Tassili — Restaurant in Les Andelys

Visited for our final meal of our tour. Tried to eat at 5pm but the restaurant doesn’t start serving until 7pm. Went back 18:40 was given table serviced early. Very friendly and helpful. Language (not speaking good English) a bit of a problem. Food was excellent, generous portions, for what we had expected, and overall service very good. Warm welcoming host. We chose the couscous which was excellent and noted that diners around us were also pleased with their food. The portion sizes are generous. Attirés par la petite salle proprette jouxtant le bar, nous avions réservé la veille. Ce dimanche soir nous avons goûté le couscous berbère avec un supplément merguez car nous étions trop partagés entre la côte d’agneau et l’envie d’une merguez. Le choix est pourtant très large ! Mais « gourmétise » oblige. Le couscous était excellent, les viandes parfaitement cuites et les boulettes de bœuf bien parfumées. Le service était efficace et respectueux. Les quantités?
