I went to Saint Jean De Monts for a few days and just wanted some cheap accommodation. This hotel was quite reasonably priced and the Tripadvisor reviews seemed fine. The hotel is very well located, at the top of an avenue that stretches down to the beach and it is very close to the town centre. You can walk to most key places. The staff were very friendly and very helpful. The food was good and very reasonably priced.Rooms are a little small but the hotel website shows that they are, so you know what you are getting. 😊: The owner was very friendly and the hotel was kept clean.. 😢: Location. The description said it was beachfront location, but it's about 1km to the beach. Its located on a roundabout on the edge of the town centre. We both have slight mobility issues so found this frustrating as we didnt want to drive anywhere. The restaurant was only open for breakfasts each day, and lunchtime Monday to Wednesday, and not at night. There is nothing open in the town centre at all on Sunday night! We were only there Saturday and Sunday night, and had to buy a sandwich from the only shop open early Sunday evening, as there were no bars nor restaurants open in the town. This is a very...
