La Novita — Restaurant in Les Sables-d'Olonne

We ate here twice during our stay ( 5th-19th August) in the St Giles and it was the best place by far that we ate in , shame we didn't find it sooner . The food was perfect , calzone the best I have tasted in the world and the homemade spinach and ricotta tortellini was exquisite . My wife and daughters meals were also delicious , well presented and freshly cooked. in addition the staff are so efficient, friendly and helpful and we were never rushed here . The boss took some time to chat with us and hes a hard working man with high standards who runs a family business. La en août,Pizza 4 fromages la pâte bien trop cuite très peu de garniture une très longue attente, pour mon mari le menu avec l'onglet viande froide l'entrée passable service à la ramasse amabilités à revoir, là en septembre,a l'heure du goûter bon plus grand chose d'ouvert donc je vois la formule crêpes au sucre avec une Bollé de cidre pour 5 euros 50 pour 4 personnes je me dis bon la dernière fois c'était au mois d'août donc ils étaient dans le jus, donc je leurs donne le bénéfice du doute, donc essayons la formule goûter serveur prend son temps pour venir chercher les commandes,je lui commandes 4 formule crêpes au sucre et Bollé de cidre mes mon conjoint ne boit pas d'alcool donc je demande si à la place on peut avoir un café,et le serveur dit non mon mari lui dit ce n'est pas très commercial et ce serveur voit rouge et dit clairement que si ça nous convient pas d'aller voir ailleurs d'un t'on très agressive donc moi je dit ont parts de là,mon mari ce lève il est très grand et imposent, donc il ce trouve nez à nez avec ce serveur peu agréable et dit d'un air très agressive à mon mari de reculer comme si mon mari l'aurait fait peur, nous sommes des anciens commerçants dans la restauration pratiqué pendant plus de 20 ans, là j'ai trouvé que ce serveur dépassé les bornes nous sommes partis et trouver un autre restaurant beaucoup plus rapide et efficace et surtout très agréable et en plus prix plus intéressant que la formule de la novita ,le pire dans tout ça quand nous sommes repassé devant j'ai regardé les tarifs une crêpe sucre 3 euros et un café 1 euro 90 donc ce serveur aurait dû nous proposer cette solution donc au jour d'aujourd'hui je fuis la novita et je ne vous le...

We had a day out at the beach yesterday , decided to go back to this restaurant to eat and was confronted by I presume the manager to tell us that they wouldn’t serve us , even tho they have all the allergens clearly labelled on the menu.
