McDonald's — Restaurant in Les Sables-d'Olonne

Terrible, oh dear, 2 hours waiting for food !!! People cancelling after waiting for hours then the staff bringing food out after they had got the money back half hour later and seeing the waste bins over flowing with orders not cancelled, staff training required for managers and the main manager needs to find a new job as winnie the poo could have done a vastly better job of leadership here, I dont blame the cooks or the poor girls bringing out the food just the ones in charge of this shambles, I had to shout and refuse to move before my order (which was lost) was finally attended to, the lady did say sorry and gave us free ice cream but I would have preferred my meal I ordered 2 hours 5 minutes ago. Would I say all McDonalds around here are this bad, in one word NO, only this one. Please train your managers as this beautiful town deserves far better for its locals and holiday makers. Very bad McDonalds. At entering there is garbage on the floor and the garbage bins are full. The tables are dirty and there is water on the floor. Floor in the kitchen also had water and looked dirty. After ordering it took longer than a 'normal' McDonalds to get the food. Staff was working really hard but looked really unorganized. When we got the food, there was no ice in the drinks. We also didn't get the fries sauce because they didn't had any. We also chose the Coca Cola glasses that you can collect if you get a big menu. Didn't get those as well. After asking they had to search for them en eventually we got the glasses. After asking we also got ice for the drinks. The bread of the burgers were really soft/wet. Fries were also soft. I hope the managment of this McDonalds does someting about these issues...
