If youâre hungry for delicious food, fast service, and a menu that could rival a novel in length (seriously, so many choices), then this place is a must. But the real star of the evening? Lucas â the waiter, entertainer, and accidental comedian all in one.
Lucas greeted us like long-lost friends and served us with all the enthusiasm of a man who truly loves his job... or at least really loves the chaos. His attempts at speaking English were nothing short of heroic â part mime, part charades, and entirely charming. We spent half the meal trying to figure out if he was offering us more water or challenging us to a dance-off. Either way, we were entertained.
The food arrived faster than expected â either the chef is magic, or Lucas threatened them with one of his charming winks and a very persuasive raised eyebrow. Whatever the method, we were grateful â everything was hot, fresh, and delicious.
There was plenty of variety on the menu â enough to satisfy both the adventurous eaters and those who firmly believe âchips count as vegetables.â
Prices were refreshingly reasonable â we left full, happy, and only slightly concerned that we may have adopted Lucas as our new best friend without realizing it.
Would we come back? Absolutely. Would we request Lucas as our waiter again? Without question. Would we understand everything he says? Probably not. But honestly, thatâs half the fun.

Our waiter, Baptiste, was very kind and attentive, which we truly appreciated. However, the quality of the food was disappointing. My steak was undercooked even though I had asked for it rare (my husbandâs was correct). The portions of sauce were also very small.
I had ordered a glass of prosecco, even though it wasnât on the menu: what I received was mixed with water and ice, served in an Aperol glass. The quantity was minimal for âŹ7.95, and the quality of the prosecco itself was disappointing.
My daughterâs compote was simply a supermarket pouch, and the promised surprise for the children was not provided.
Overall, we feel that this restaurant does not quite live up to the rating it...

Nous somme arriver vers les coups de 13h30 effectivement peu avant la fermeture du restaurant, on nous a donnĂ© les cartes on a choisi les menus nous avons Ă©tĂ© servis assez rapidement sur ce point-lĂ aucun souci maintenant le temps que tout se fasse effectivement il allait ĂȘtre l'heure de la fermeture du restaurant mais nous n'Ă©tions pas au courant que celui-ci allait fermer Ă cette heure lĂ du coup nous nous sommes dit qu'on avait quand mĂȘme un peu le temps donc nous ne sommes pas pressĂ©s pour manger mais on nous l'a bien fait comprendre vu le nombre de fois que une Ă©quipiĂ©re est venu nous voir c'est-Ă -dire une dizaine de fois pour nous demander si nous avions fini alors que nos assiettes Ă©taient encore remplies nous avons finalement dĂ©cider de prendre des desserts ce qui avait l'air de l'agacer un peu car celle ci Ă©tait pressĂ© d'aller manger chez vos concurrents « Burger king »avec des amis Ă elle, alors que nous avions Ă peine terminĂ© celle-ci est venue dĂ©barrasser la table alors que l'on avait mĂȘme pas fini nos verres elle a pris tout ce qui Ă©tait prĂ©sent sur ses tables les arranger a mĂȘme enlever les chaises de derriĂšre nous pour aller plus vite et pour pouvoir partir au plus vite je je peux comprendre que l'on puisse aller manger avec des amis mais de lĂ Ă traiter des clients de cette maniĂšre cela est inacceptable ayant moi-mĂȘme travaillĂ© dans des restaurants similaires je ne me serais jamais permis de faire ceci c'est un manque de respect envers la clientĂšle en espĂ©rant bien sĂ»r que ça ne se reproduise pas avec d'autres clients au pire la prochaine fois Ă prĂ©venir le client que le restaurant va bientĂŽt fermer pour qu'il puisse savoir qu'il ne peut pas prendre trop son temps justement ça serait plus agrĂ©able pour lui et cela Ă©viterait ce genre...
