Rest'O Landes — Restaurant in Les Sables-d'Olonne

The second time we have visited this restaurant whilst staying in this part of the Vendée and it's rapidly becoming a favourite. The food is exceptionally good and the staff very welcoming and friendly. The moules here are certainly the best we had during this recent trip and the frites are amazing. We arrived at a busy time, and initially the lady was quite abrupt, (I asked for a menu and she immediately snapped "I am coming to you, I am busy!"), And we contemplated leaving and it was heading for one star, but decided to stay as our options were limited and we had hungry children. However, the food was delicious and well portioned, and the service and attitude improved and we had a lovely experience. Well priced, nice food, across from a lovely old church, it worked out...

There was 4 of us that went here and Firstly i waited 20mins just to get one drink then waited another 45 mins just for 4 pizzas ridiculous ( it was not busy there was only 5 people inside at this time ) and Pizzas are terrible not even pizza dough very disappointed the pizza was paper thin and over all no flavour to the pizza the tastiest thing in here is the beer and the spicy pizza oil. If anyone want pizza go to La mothe achard which is around 10 mins...
