Mama’s Burger Lacanau — Restaurant in Lesparre-Médoc

I have given 1 star to this place but I would have give 0 if possible. The service has been super lame, had to ask for our drinks after we’ve been at the table for more than 15 minutes, by the way we were the only customers at that time. When we got our drink we were not even offered to get a glass, had to ask by screaming to the waitress as she was to busy chatting with a friend of her. Food awful… we got our chips cold, with no cheddar cheese as asked and paid (1€ extra) and when we got our second chips, as we returned the first one, they were still cold. The staff super dull and useless, like the manager that has been smoking one cigarette after another one outside and not taking care of...

Venu manger en famille à 6, en plein centre ville c'est top ! Prise de commande au bornes, mais les serveuses vraiment disponibles ! Burgers fait maison sauf les steaks haché qui était congelé mais annoncé pendant une discussion avec le cuisinier, accessible et très cool ! Burger extra vraiment, simplement un pain aromatisé au graines non annoncé car les bornes ne sont pas à jour, pas top pour les allergiques. La propreté des toilettes laisse à désirer, pas de savon, seulement après avoir demandé... Le paiement une toute autre histoire, ils prennent les chèques ANCV mais impossible de payer en appli ANCV car le matériel n'était pas à jour non plus, et bien sur non annoncé. Vraiment moyen, cela gâche totalement la prise de congé qui est l'élément essentiel pour un client. Malgré tout je recommande car les serveuses au top et sourire qui aime satisfaire...

Wir waren als Familie zum Essen dort. Es handelt sich um ein Fast-Food Restaurant. Draußen sitzen ist nett, aber auch laut dich die Straße. Das Essen war eher nichts. Die Pommes für die Kinder waren leider kalt serviert worden. Für uns Erwachsene kamen die Pommes deutlich später, dafür heiß. Der bestellte vegetarische Salat für meine Frau war nicht verfügbar und wir mussten einen mit Fleisch nehmen. Der vegetarische Salat bei mir entsprach nicht der Abbildung und bestand zum Großteil aus Nudeln und nicht wie dargestellt aus vielen verschiedenen Dingen wie Bohnen, Mango, Reis, Tomaten, Salat usw. Wir durften den Salat in einen Cesar Salat mit Fleisch umwandeln (einzige Alternative). Die Bedienung war freundlich und entgegenkommend. Alles in allem eher nicht so...
