Tonight, we had the privilege of dining at Le Clos Mirande, and it was nothing short of a culinary masterpiece! From the moment we stepped into the romantic candlelit dining room, the ambiance promised an unforgettable evening, and the experience delivered beyond our wildest expectations. The menu was a symphony of flavors, each dish crafted with precision and passion. The starter of sweetbread pie with a sweet potato puree was a revelation. The main course, a perfectly cooked lamb. Visited 08/2025, group of 4. Sat on a stunning table with elevated sunset views of surrounding vineyards. Service was outstanding from the moment we arrived, to helping us sort out a taxi home. We had a Vegan & a Vegetarian in the group - it would have been better to advise the restaurant in advance - but nonetheless the staff were excellent. Appetisers, starters & mains were prepared for the vegetarian + vegan on a bespoke basis & were delicious. For the two other guests - we had the John Dory fish main which was delightful. All dishes were bursting with unreal flavours & just the right size. Picked a local red wine which was so so nice. In terms of cost it felt like great value for the quality of the food/service; We paid a lot more elsewhere during our trip with nowhere near as good food. I visited this restaurant and had dinner. After dinner before paying I was attacked by a guest at this restaurant because I was wearing a cap. He was a white man and I am African.

He physically assaulted me and no one at this establishment did a thing. Nobody stopped him from laying his hands on me. Everyone carried on as if it was business as usual. Nobody came and asked if I was okay. I do not recommend going to this place.

Based off of this interaction I believe this restaurant allows this type of behavior. I repeat do not go...
