Le DUPLEX — Restaurant in Lisieux

I went because it had the most ratings and was high on google reviews. I’m an American tourist and I don’t often review, but I don’t think this restaurant deserves such a high rating. The food was average, the beef I got was very tough, and the waitress rarely checked in on me and it took maybe 20-30 minutes to get the bill, even though it’s not a large establishment. Served the wrong food and was expected to eat it and pay. Restaurant was refusing to correct the mistake. This spoiled our experience.
