BistrOterre — Restaurant in Loches

We entered this restaurant by chance and we are so happy that we did! everything was just great. We wanted to try the Escargot and it was perfect. See picture below. Of course everything is perfect if it has garlic and butter on it... For main dishes we had a steak and a salmon - both were delicious. The staff were super nice. We highly recommend...

J’ai déjeuné dans votre bistrot et je tiens à partager mon ressenti. Tout d’abord, un grand bravo à l’équipe de service, qui s’est montrée très gentille et accueillante, ce qui est toujours appréciable ! Le plat que j’ai commandé était également très savoureux et bien préparé, un point positif indéniable. Cependant, plusieurs aspects m’ont déçu. L’ambiance était extrêmement bruyante, ce qui a rendu l’expérience moins agréable. De plus, l’attente pour recevoir nos plats (1h30) était vraiment longue, surtout pour un déjeuner en semaine avec des contraintes horaires. À cela s’ajoute une portion assez légère par rapport à l’attente, ce qui donne un rapport qualité-prix qui ne m’a pas semblé à la hauteur. Enfin, à cause du timing serré, je n’ai pas pu prendre de dessert et j’ai dû manger rapidement pour retourner au travail, ce qui a ajouté à ma déception. Je pense que des ajustements sur la gestion des commandes et le niveau sonore pourraient vraiment améliorer l’expérience. This was the greatest meal I’ve probably ever had. The starter salad was incredible, the main meal had the best flavor, and the dessert was to die for.
