Extremely bad experience with my gluten allergy. My French colleagues explained to the waitress that I needed gluten free food because I'm celiac. She spoke to the cook and confirmed I could take any food but without sauces. I ordered the lamb, but it came together with wheat middling (semolina). Unfortunately I realized that it had gluten only after eating part of it. When I asked clarification to another waiter he confirmed that it was gluten free, but when I insisted, he checked again with the cook and was back with a "sorry, you're right". As a result, I'll be sick for the next week to get rid of the gluten and recover. I would have not expected this from this restaurant. Nous avons mangé hier soir à la Brasserie pour notre plus grand plaisir. Je suis végane et mon mari mange de tout. En ayant prévenu à l'avance de mes restrictions alimentaires cela n'a pas du tout pausé de problème et je dirais même au contraire, je crois que cela faisait bien longtemps que je n'avais pas si bien mangé au restaurant (ceci dit le restaurant affiche une grande adaptabilité aux choix alimentaires et allergies, visiblement je n'aurais peut être pas eu besoin de prévenir, à confirmer mais cela semble maitrisé par la chef). Les entrées ont été renversantes pour mon mari comme pour moi. Un plat de champignons en persillade pour moi, très frais et excellents irais-je même jusqu'à "renversant" ? oui ! et une part de foie gras qui serait selon mon époux "un des meilleur qu'il ait pu manger". Il faut noter que les parts étaient très très copieuses. Les plats étaient excellents également suprême de volaille à l'abricot et moi une énorme part de riz aux légumes variés (et mêmes quelques bouts de mangues) : craquants bien cuits et tout très frais. le riz excellent. C'est appréciable car les végétaliens ont souvent des parts petites et uniquement composées de légumes et nous restons sur notre faim alors que c'était loin d'être le cas ici car je n'ai pas pu finir ma part à grand regret. Mon époux a reconnu que la viande était de très bonne qualité, tendre, bien cuite et parfaitement assaisonné. Le mélange des saveurs l'a séduit également. Les desserts ! aaaah les desserts... aussi magnifiques au regard qu'à l'estomac. Un fondant au chocolat végétalien... mais quel régale ! mon mari a pris une clémentine aux châtaignes : magnifique il faut l'avouer et succulente.

Le tout dans une ambiance agréable avec un personnel souriant et qui prend à coeur notre bien être. Tous les produits étaient frais. Les plats arrivent à la température idéale, très bien assaisonnés.
