Restaurant La Boucherie — Restaurant in Lyon

The service was great at first, everyone was very kind and helpful when we wanted to change tables and needed help with the menu. However, it went downhill fast from there. After we ordered we waited 30 min for the drinks and over an hour for the food. It was quite busy that night but the table next to ours arrived after we did and was already done (with starters, mains and dessert) and had left before we even got our food. When we asked we were always told "it will be there in just a few minutes". When the food finally arrived, the sides were good but the steaks (objectively the most important part in a steakhouse) were awful. While the taste was quite good, it was all completely raw - even the steak that was ordered well done. That also diminished the quality of the meat itself which was really tough and stringy. Even the most expensive steak on the menu (28€) was raw and bloody with visible white, raw fat and very stringy (ordered medium btw). It seemed like they either forgot our order and just threw some steaks on the grill for a couple seconds to make them look nice and called it quits, or they just don't care about tourists on their way through. Maybe both. Sorry to say, but we certainly won't be back the next time we move...

Ayant réservé pour 20h30, nous avons patienté près de 10 minutes dehors sous la pluie, ça annonçait déjà la couleur.

Le service était juste chaotique : aucune organisation. Quel est l'intérêt de nous faire installer par une personne pour ensuite changer deux fois de serveurs ? Résultat : 2h10 pour simple plat et un dessert. La personne qui installe doit s'occuper de la table, ça permettrait d'améliorer la rapidité du service.

Pas de respect de la distanciation sociale entre les tables (

Premier repas dans ce restaurant de l'enseigne La Boucherie que je connais. J'ai choisi le "Moelleux de poulet" pensant avoir un filet dans mon assiette et je reçois au lieu de ça 3 morceaux sans goût de poulet avec un arrière goût chimique et une texture de poulet reconstitué digne d'un produit premier prix d'un magasin "discount" et ces morceaux étaient malheureusement encore froid en arrivant dans mon assiette, le micro-ondes n'ayant sûrement pas tourner assez longtemps. Les frites n'étaient pas vraiment bonnes non plus. La salade elle n'était pas trop mauvaise par rapport au reste. Le dessert enfin, un moelleux au chocolat tout aussi industriel que le reste, à peine chaud et accompagné d'un petit verre de crème anglaise en brique vendu tout de même 6€50... Au final un menu à 17,80€ qui n'a pas dû coûter bien cher à réaliser... La serveuse était cependant sympathique malgré les circonstances, la patronne derrière le bar un peu bruyante tout de même.
