Lovely find! Recommended (by the acro-bath-staff in Bergesserin), this is indeed a wonderful restaurant for vegetarians AND for kids. Kind and thoughtful staff, putting together a perfect plat enfant for our kids, while they enjoyed the great play area (with colouring books, blocks, cars and a table and chairs!). We had a tasty 3-course menu, with wonderful recommended local wines. Also meat options available. Main course and sorbet ice was vegan and I’m sure staff would be able to offer a fully vegan meal. Restaurant où j'ai l'habitude d'aller, toujours un régal pour les papilles et surtout de la nouveauté ! Alors pour répondre à un certain commentaire qui ne reflète en rien la réalité de ce cadre très simple et non austère. Très calme et non sans âme... Il faut savoir sortir des sentiers battus et apprécier le travaille réalisé avec amour, adresse et savoir faire. Si vous cherchez du fast, du blingbling avec un grand sourir du patron qui est heureux de vous voir manger chez lui en ouvrant des sachets de bourguignon tout prêt, alors oui effectivement, ce n'est pas ici qu'il faut venir. La cheffe est concentrée sur son travail et ne tergiverse ni ne badine. Tous le monde n'est pas à l'aise en société... Surtout qd on lit des avis reprobateurs comme certains... Eine kleine Entdeckung. Zwei Frauen, die für Gastfreundschaft sorgen. Raffiniert, einfache Küche. Wir hatten das komplette Menü. Zucchini-Salat, roh gehobelt mit Olivenöl und leichter Knoblauch note, geröstete Sonnenblumenkerne für etwas Crunch. Hauptgang Rind, klassische Rotweinnote und reichlich frischer Salat. Etwas ungewöhnlich (aber praktisch für die Soße) war Reis als Beilage. Alternativ war Tartin mit leckeren, fruchtigen Tomaten-Auberginen, lokaler Frischkäse. Als Desserts: Apfel-Crumble, mächtige Portion, leckerer Mürbeteig mit etwas Hafer und schönes Butteraroma. Zweites Dessert war locker leicht und herrlich zitronig frisch. Weil regnete, saßen wir drinnen. Auch hier alles mit Liebe ausgesucht. Auch die kleinen Kaufmöglichkeiten lokaler Anbieter von Honig, Marmeladen, etwas Schmuck und ausgesuchte schöne Messer etc....
