McDonald's — Restaurant in Mâcon

This has to be the worst McDonalds I have ever been too. The menu on the self help desk is not the complete menu they have. You only have the choice between a Big Tasty, a Big Mac and a CBO burger (chicken, bacon and something else). The full menu is in French and doesn't even look like it is a part of the McDonalds franchise, as is shown in the added pictures. The fries were stale and old, as seen in the picture they were standing there for quite a while. To add more insult to injury; the prices were outrageous. For a single hamburger or cheeseburger you have to pay a whoppin' 2.70 or 3.00 euro respectively. McNuggets were beyond expensive. The last straw was a friend of mine who ordered just a order of fries, because there is not a single vegetarian option available, atleast not at the self help desk and he had to wait 15 minutes for his order. Again, there was a stack of 20 premade fries just standing there... If you have any option and I mean literally ANY option at all, I advise you to speed right past this horrible franchise of a McDonalds. DONT GO HERE, IM SERIOUS. You are going...

Terrible service! Took 30 minutes for some Mcflurries, a drink and a some wedges. Staff completely ignored us. We were order 65 and orders in the 80s were being done. We were too polite, I wish we’d made a fuss. We kept trying to get someone’s attention - the main server purposefully ignored us. So so rude. Eventually my husband came in to find us as we’d been so long. Took him ages to get someone to listen, they found the order (after one boy saying it was coming 10 minutes earlier but he went off to empty bins) and the rude woman practically threw it at us. We waited 10 minutes and people arriving after us were already served so we asked what’s going on. They said there is no ice cream available. The machine is defective. Why do they let people wait after ordering if they know that the product is not available? The team leader said we were not waiting 10 minutes but three minutes but we could prove it on the Ticket afterwards. He said we did not order an ice cream but after checking he confirmed this is not the service which we expect. An apology for their bad performance would have been better than him telling lies...
