Le Commodore — Restaurant in Marseille

we had a great dinner until the end of the meal when we were trying to pay the card machine was down. We had a boat to catch back to marseille but instead of taking our card information down they kept us there for 2 hours and made us make a venmo and then overcharged us for our food, we got 3 dishes and a glass of wine and they overcharged 20$. They let a customer insult us for not bringing euros. Also we’re lucky the venmo worked because if it didn’t they were going to make us use our routing numbers which is ridiculous. Any restaurant in the states wouldn’t have put us through hell and overcharged us. I would go to any of the other restaurants...

Went here to order some ice cream for 6 people. Our son with special needs doesn't eat ice cream, but enjoys the cone. We ask to buy a cone for him, but when the staff asked the manager/owner, they refused. We offered to pay for a full ice cream with cone, but just don't put on the ice cream, but still the manager/owner refused. We were bewildered and so were her staff. A fuir. Nous n'avons jamais vu ça. Arrivé sur place à 17h15 pour manger un bout, on demande la carte. La serveuse apporte la carte des boissons. Après moultes essai on nous dit que la cuisine ouvre à 19h30 et que l'on peut prendre autre chose en attendant. On se dit que c'est une bonne idée. Arrive 20h30. Toujours rien. (Plus de 3h d'attent) La serveuse, assez sympa, nous a peut-être oublié, ça peut arriver.

On se lève pour en savoir un peu plus, le ventre vide. Et là, on se fait allumer par la dame caisse qui nous dit que le personnel doit aussi manger et que l'on doit encore attendre. (Je ne vais pas écrire "engueuler" mais on le pense très fort.) Qui plus est, cette même personne a commencé à imiter un accent antillais pour je ne sais quelle raison avec tout le personnel qui riait à tue tête en arrière plan entrain de se remplir le ventre.

Inutile de dire que nous avons trouvé ce commentaire très déplacé pour ne pas dire raciste.

Si ce bar/restaurant, ne veut pas servir a manger, le mot restaurant peut être enlevé ce n'est pas si grave.

Traiter les clients de la sorte n'est pas du tout commercial et encore moins social.
