Que dire au sujet de cette pause bien mĂ©ritĂ©e au McDonald de l’aire sur la D809, bien que possĂ©dant un Renault capture spacieuse, nous optons pour le repas sur place. Commande prise Ă  l’aide d’un automate et chevalet en place..: En mode service Ă  table ! Dans un premier temps déçu et surpris par l’absence de potatoes, je me laisse tenter, non sans quelques rĂ©serves par les nouvelles wavy fries, et je dois vous le dire, quel rĂ©gal ! Menu mcfirst poulet, triple cheese sur la table et premiĂšre dĂ©convenue, le fromage n’est pas fondu (un grand classique chez les restaurants de la chaĂźne) et les frites pas assez chaudes bien que croustillantes, l’IsĂšre a beau ĂȘtre une rĂ©gion oĂč les tempĂ©ratures descendent rapidement, la nourriture elle, se doit d’ĂȘtre Ă  tempĂ©rature raisonnable pour une dĂ©gustation optimale. Mention spĂ©ciale pour le fanta glaçons qui me fait vite oublier cette sombre histoire de fromage, repas agrĂ©able dans l’ensemble bien que quelque peu entachĂ© par la fin de parcours aux toilettes ou trainaient ça et la des morceaux de PQ.

Menu servi Ă  mĂȘme le plateau pas trĂšs propre, poubelle pleine, sols et tables pas nettoyĂ©s et puissants. Et je n'imaginais pas pouvoir trouver des toilettes aussi sales....une cuvette qui n'a pas vu un Canard WC et une brosse depuis des lustres, robinet cassĂ©, moisissures au lavabo et miroir dans lequel il Ă©tait difficile de se voir tellement il Ă©tait sale..... Je sais qu'avec le monde que vous recevez par jour et l'incivilitĂ© de certains il n'est pas possible d'avoir un Ă©tablissement toujours impeccable mais lĂ  Ă  ce point ce n'est pas de la saletĂ© du jour mais de la crasse de plusieurs mois.

Il nous confirme que la commande va ĂȘtre prĂ©parĂ©. 30min plus tard nous recevons seulement les boissons ( avec le ticket de paiement cf photo) Ne voyant pas la suite arriver nous nous sommes rendus de nouveau au comptoir et Ă  cet instant le manageur fait volt face et insinue que nous n’avons pas payĂ© la commande de façon agressive et malpoli prĂ©cisant qu’il Ă©tait « de bonne humeur aujourd’hui ». Nous avons prĂ©fĂ©rĂ© partir avec notre enfant de 2 ans qui n’a pas mangĂ© aprĂšs 50min d’attente.

C’est le manageur qui nous reçoit et qui vĂ©rifie par lui mĂȘme l’historique de la borne en question. I have just received a reply from McDonalds below. They are implying I was being critical of the staff on the ground. I was most CATEGORICALLY NOT. On the contrary, I felt sympathy for them, and many of us exchanged wry looks of despair. At the same time, I have frequented many vast, busy fast food and other outlets that are well run, and there is service with a smile and efficiency (eg, not consistently broken lavatories, which - I am sure - also has an impact on the wellbeing of staff). These places run well because there is an interest from higher management, both in their infrastructure and their staff. They are also well-staffed at all levels to deal with higher volumes of footfall, precisely so these young frontline staff do not become so overwhelmed and despondent. I would suggest McDonalds higher management themselves try out something along the lines of "Undercover Boss" at this particular establishment in question. Maybe they will learn something about why it consistently receives such poor feedback. After all, higher management receives higher salaries for such extra responsibilities as this. I do not blame the poor staff on the ground for one moment. Maybe McDonalds will think about the level of support and spot checks at branches like this one in the future, rather than lecturing customers who have received poor service. My original review still stands.

This should be ZERO stars. We have given this place 4 chances now, as we use the nearby Kyriad Hotel en route to and from England/Spain. It's the only place to eat. We have been consistently disappointed by the filth, the flabby lacklustre cold food, and constantly broken toilets. The only thing more broken than the toilets are the downtrodden staff, who are clearly overwhelmed, under-trained and underpaid.

On this - our very last visit to a McDonalds ever again - the place stank of stale vomit. There was debris everywhere we looked, and hoards of hungry bewildered would-be customers awaiting long ago placed orders. We left swiftly - never to return.

McDonalds' highly paid CEO and corporate members - absolute shame on you for your blatant exploitation of customers without a choice of alternative venue, and your hopeless brow-beaten...

My recent visit to McDonald’s left much to be desired. The overall atmosphere was disappointing — cold fries were served, which really affected the meal. There were flies in the dining area, which raised hygiene concerns. Additionally, a staff meeting was being held in the restaurant during open hours, which made the environment feel less customer-focused. These factors made the experience feel less like a welcoming fast-food stop and more like an afterthought. I hope these issues are addressed to improve both service and atmosphere for future guests.

Again, visits to McDonald’s have been increasingly disappointing. I eat there every day, so I feel confident sharing a trusted perspective. With cold fries that have become a regular issue, raises concerns about cleanliness. What’s more, meetings are being held in the restaurant during open hours, which creates an unprofessional and uninviting environment for customers. I genuinely hope management takes steps to improve both service and atmosphere, because loyal customers deserve...

This is the worst Macdonalds I have ever had the misfortune of attending in any country. It worsened because I looked forward to getting there after a 600-mile drive. I was to be greeted by food served not just 15 minutes after placing the order but stone cold and missing items that were selected. To be met with hostility from the server, who was busy kissing and cuddling a colleague. Behind the counter, it was so bad it was just unbelievable. The second attempt was reluctantly provided after it had been held in a server's hand for over 5 minutes while he was busy with his girlfriend. To cap it all, it was missing onions, but I was told McDonald's doesn't sell onions! They were rude, shouting at both of us, and they obviously don't realise it is customers who pay their salaries at the end of the day! Don't go to this place if you don't like bad, rude service, where customers aren't respected, and the food and overall quality control...
