You choose what meet you want, chicken, pork, beef or duck. You cook it yourself on a BBQ in the centre of the table. I chose chicken & pork, it comes out raw on a plate with salad and jacket potatoes. You cook your meat in the BBQ in the middle of the table & put back onto the same plate that had the raw meat on. This is a definite no, no for cross contamination from raw chicken & pork on the same plate. I was not happy regarding this. The starters were amazing. The staff very good. The view spectacular. Ungezwungene Atmosphäre in einem außergewöhnlichen kleinen Dorf (Peyre zählt zu den schönsten Dörfern Frankreichs) mit schönem Ausblick auf das Viaduc de Millau. Das junge Team ist motiviert und sympathisch. Auch englisch wird ein wenig gesprochen. In der Mitte der Tische befindet sich ein Dutch Oven, d.h. es wird direkt auf dem Tisch gegrillt. Das Ganze ist unkompliziert und macht Spaß. Die Fleischauswahl besteht aus Rind, Schwein und Ente, jeweils mariniert oder Natur. Das Boeuf marinée ist sensationell!
