A five star restaurant in the heart of Mirande. We have visited this lovely establishment more than a few times since coming to Mirande. Valerie is an amazing host and her partners in the kitchen create some amazing dishes. Whether you choose the fresh beef from Aberdeen Scotland, or the local duck, it’s always fresh, tender, and absolutely melts in your mouth. Best to make reservations ahead of time to get a table, especially on nights where there might be a program or concert in the town square. Our second visit. Food even better than the first time. Service second to none. It's so good to have a local restaurant where the food is different (and better) than your average restaurant. OK, it's a bit more expensive, but I think it's excellent value. My breast of duck was probably the best I've ever had - a real compliment since we live in duck country - and the slow cooked lamb was exquisite. A special thank you to our server.
