Pizzeria la parenthèse — Restaurant in Mirande

Wow! This is way beyond a pizzeria. The food and service was first class and worthy of a Michelin star. We stumbled across this incredible restaurant by chance and loved every moment. We are English and are successfully murdering the French language wherever we go but always willing to give it a go. Our host was patient with our feeble attempts and explained clearly and slowly every ingredient in a way we felt we could follow which we very much appreciated. Excellent value for money. What an outstanding experience we had at La Parenthese tonight. Everyone in our party thoroughly enjoyed their meals (poke bowls, pizza, fries, burgers), all of it was delicious and freshly prepared. And the ice cream for dessert was a hit with both the young and old at our table. Our server was delightful and helpful (despite our language barrier) and she truly added to our experience. I can't recommend this place enough....

What a hidden gem! Absolutely love their pizzas. They use local ingredients and their tomato sauce was to die for, one of the best I've ever tried! Owners care so much about the quality of their food, we could tell, very passionate and proud of their products....
