I am giving five stars for everything as this is the sort of restaurant that deserves support for providing simple and delicious food for an incredibly low price. Don’t be put off by the exterior or by the fact that the patron doesn’t fawn over you. My tuna salad was well presented and tasty but the real star was the trout. I have had the misfortune of having river trout that tasted muddy and unpleasant. This was simply prepared, perfectly seasoned with crispy skin and succulent flesh.
